# Job Shadowing as a Certificate (JSaaC)

**How it works?** \
Juniors/Students can learn how experience candidates/mentors' work and shadow their problem solving skills by observing them.

Every session can be 1-2 hours and we can have a minimum of 5 sessions to be eligible for a certifiate.

Mentors will get Short and Long term payments

Students will get certificates:

* 10 Hours JSaaC Certificate
* 20 Hours JSaaC Certificate
* 50 Hours JSaaC Certificate
* 100 Hours JSaaC Certiciate
